3. Booking Policy

- The final balance must be paid before the start of the tour (usually 14 days prior to arrival).
Aaliya Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings that remain unpaid after the due date.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel your booking:
- 30 days or more before departure — Full refund (minus administrative fees).
- 15–29 days before departure — 50% refund.
- 14 days or less before departure — No refund.
Cancellation by Us:
If Aaliya Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, safety concerns, insufficient participants), we will:
- Offer an alternative tour of equal value, or
- Provide a full refund of payments made.
We are not responsible for additional expenses (e.g., flights, visas, insurance).
6. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations or delays
- Lost baggage or personal belongings
- Accidents or natural disasters
Aaliya Tours shall not be held liable for losses due to uninsured events.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information during booking.
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates).
- Follow local laws and respect cultural norms during the tour.
- Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before the trip.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if your behavior disrupts the tour or endangers others.
8. Pricing and Inclusions
Tour prices include only items mentioned in each itinerary (e.g., accommodation, meals, transport, entrance fees).
Items not listed — such as tips, beverages, or personal expenses — are excluded unless specified.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or operational costs.
If changes occur after booking, we will notify you promptly.
9. Changes to Itinerary
In rare cases, adjustments may be made due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
We always aim to maintain the quality and value of your trip, but Aaliya Tours reserves the right to:
- Modify itineraries, accommodation, or transport arrangements when necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aaliya Tours acts only as an agent between you and third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport, attractions).
We are not responsible for:
- Delays, injuries, or losses caused by third parties.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your tour booking.
